Hello Thor is an independent record label based in the UK. We have a passion for vinyl, battered casios and DIY gigs, exhibitions and happenings. So far we have released 2 wonderful records by Fists and We Show Up On Radar (both of which made Artrocker's Top 100 Records of 2009) and we've thrown a succession of parties involving zines, cakes, viking helmets and tons of quite frankly sh*t hot bands.

SHHHHH....WE SHOW UP ON RADAR GOES ON A TOUR OF LIBRARIES
We had such a blast when we launched We Show Up On RadaR's first single on Hello Thor at Nottingham Central Library last year (click here to see the film), so we jumped at the chance to return when the library came calling. But why limit it just to Nottingham? We've decided to celebrate the release of We Show Up On RadaR's new 6 track EP - A Loaf Of Bread, A Container Of Milk & A Stick Of Butter, available from Monday 15th February - with a grand tour of public libraries. We kick off at Nottingham Central Library on Saturday 6th February, and finish at Norwich & Norfolk Millennium Library on Thursday 11th February. Go to our gigs page to find out more.

ROUGH TRADE COMPILATION AVAILABLE NOW
The new Counter Culture 09 compilation comes out at the start of Feb and Fists' Cockatoo has been chosen to be on it as one of last year's top tunes...we know!
